  branches　were　so　closely　intertwined；　that　it　was　impossible　to

  broom　she　found　that　there　was　nothing　for　it　but　to　turn　round
  and　go　back　to　her　hut。
  But　the　twins　ran　straight　on　till　they　reached　their　own　home。
